These website terms explain how fare estimates and booking enquiries on the Exective Tours and Travels website work.
Fare estimates
Prices displayed by the website calculator are estimates based on the route and options selected. They are not guaranteed final prices and may change where there are differences in the actual pickup or destination, route changes, additional stops, waiting time, parking or airport charges, tolls, special-date pricing or other journey requirements.
Booking confirmation
A website fare estimate does not create a confirmed booking. A journey is confirmed only when Exective Tours and Travels expressly accepts it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Journey details
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger, luggage and flight information. Please tell us about child-seat requirements, accessibility needs, unusually large luggage or other special requirements before the journey is confirmed so availability can be checked.
Vehicles
Vehicle photographs on the website are illustrative. The vehicle supplied may vary according to availability, passenger numbers, luggage requirements and the service booked.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a journey, contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation charge, waiting-time charge or special condition that applies to a particular booking should be confirmed with you when the booking is accepted.
Airport and timed pickups
For airport or other time-sensitive journeys, allow appropriate time for traffic, check-in and other delays. Where flight details are provided, we may use them to help coordinate the pickup, but journey times can still be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If the calculator or website is unavailable, contact us directly using the phone number or email address shown on the site.
